Special Olympics Torch Run
Each year, police officers throughout New Mexico participate in the Law Enforcement Torch Run to help raise funds for Special Olympics. This year, the NMSU Police Department, in conjunction with the other agencies in the area, are expanding this effort so other runners can also help in this endeavor. A 5K run and 1-mile fun walk will be held on May 18 on the NMSU campus. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate.
